Organise PDF tools change the structure of a PDF, meaning which pages it has and in what order, without touching what is written on them. Remove PDF Pages deletes the pages you pick by clicking or typing numbers such as 2, 5-7, and can select every odd or even page to strip blank backs from a double-sided scan. Common questions about organize pdf

Do these tools reduce the quality of my PDF?

No. Merging, splitting, rotating, reordering and extracting copy pages as they are, without rendering or compressing them. Text stays selectable, vector graphics stay sharp and images keep their original resolution, so the new file looks exactly like the pages you started with.

Can I organise a password-protected PDF?

Yes, if you know the password. Most tools ask for it when you add the file and then work as normal. Merge PDF is the exception: it stops and names the encrypted file, so remove the password first with the password remover in PDF Security & Privacy, then merge the unprotected copy.

Are my files uploaded when I organise them?

No. Every tool in this group reads and rebuilds the PDF inside your browser. Files are not sent to a server, and nothing is kept once you close the page. You can check this by switching off your internet connection after the page loads and running the tool anyway.

How do I split a PDF into separate pages?

Open Split PDF, choose Every page and click Split PDF. Each page becomes its own file named with its page number, and you can download them one at a time or together as a ZIP. Choose Custom ranges, such as 1-3, 4, 5-, to split by sections instead.

Is removing pages enough to hide confidential content?

Not always. Remove PDF Pages takes pages out of the document, but their data can remain inside the file. For sensitive material use Extract PDF Pages, which copies only the pages you keep into a clean new PDF, so nothing from the dropped pages is carried along.
