By using RightSums you agree to these terms. They are short because the site is simple: free tools that help you work things out and convert files.

Using the tools

You can use the tools for personal or business purposes. You are responsible for the files you process and for having the right to use them. Do not use the site to break the law, to attack or overload the service, or to process content you are not allowed to handle.

Not professional advice

Calculators, tax figures, salary tables and comparisons are estimates based on the rules and sources shown on each page. They are not financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. Check important figures, and extracted document data, before you pay an invoice, sign a contract or file a tax return.

Your files

PDF Tools run in your browser and your files are not uploaded. Business document tools send files to our server to be processed in memory and are not stored, as described in our privacy policy.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site running and accurate, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on its results. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under UK law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
