Each page is shown as a thumbnail you can drag to a new position with a mouse. A bin icon on every thumbnail removes that page from the new file. Quick buttons reverse the whole document, put all odd pages before the even ones, sort pages back into their original number order, or reset everything. When you save, the tool builds a fresh PDF with the pages in your new order and copies across the original title and author. Pages are not re-rendered, so text and images keep their quality. Bookmarks from the original are not carried over, so rebuild the outline with Bookmark PDF if the document had one. Dragging works best on a desktop or laptop, and nothing is uploaded.

How to use the Rearrange PDF Pages

  1. Drop your PDF into the box to load a thumbnail of every page.
  2. Drag thumbnails into the order you want, or use Reverse order, Odd pages first or Sort by page number.
  3. Click the bin icon on any page you want to leave out of the new file.
  4. Click Save new page order and download the rearranged PDF.

Frequently asked questions

How do I change the order of pages in a PDF?

Load the PDF, then drag each page thumbnail to where it belongs and click Save new page order. The downloaded file keeps your new sequence. Dragging needs a mouse or trackpad, so use a computer rather than a phone.

How do I reverse the page order of a PDF?

Click Reverse order and every page flips from last to first, which is handy for scans fed in back to front. Click Save new page order to download the reversed file.

Can I delete pages while rearranging?

Yes. Click the bin icon under any thumbnail to drop that page. At least one page must remain. If you only want to remove pages, Remove PDF Pages lets you pick them by number instead.

Will bookmarks still work after reordering?

No. The tool builds a new file from your pages and copies the title and author, but not the bookmark outline. Use Bookmark PDF afterwards to add chapter links that match the new order.

Does rearranging pages reduce quality?

No. Pages are copied into the new document as they are, without re-rendering or compression, so text stays selectable and images keep their original resolution.
