The Invoice to Excel Converter handles volume. Drop in up to 25 invoices at once and it builds one workbook with two sheets. The Invoice Register has a row per invoice with its number, supplier, invoice and due dates, currency, subtotal, tax and total. All Line Items lists every line from every invoice, tagged with its invoice number and supplier, so you can filter and total by supplier. If an invoice states no tax, the register says Not stated rather than assuming 20% or any other rate.
The Invoice Line Item Extractor works on one invoice in detail. It reads the item table into an editable grid with SKU, description, quantity, unit price, tax % and line total, and checks each row: 3 × £12.50 = £37.50 gets a High confidence mark, while a row that does not add up is marked Review. Fix any cell, add or delete rows, and the subtotal, tax and total recalculate before you download a CSV or Excel file or copy the table straight into Excel or Google Sheets.
Product Catalogue PDF to CSV pulls product codes, descriptions and unit prices out of supplier catalogues and price lists, across every page, into a CSV ready for a stock or ecommerce system. In a PDF each product line needs at least two numbers, such as a pack size and a price, to be picked up; spreadsheet price lists have no such limit.
Bookkeepers, buyers and shop owners in the UK and US use them. PDFs, JPG, PNG and WEBP photos, Word files and spreadsheets are accepted, and photos are read with OCR first. Files are processed on our server and not stored.

Yes. JPG, PNG and WEBP photos are converted to text with OCR, and the two invoice tools also read a scanned PDF with no text layer in your browser, up to 10 pages, sending only the recognised text. Clear, straight scans give the best results, so check any row marked Review.
How do I get the extracted data into Excel?
Download the .xlsx workbook or a CSV file, or click Copy and paste straight into Excel or Google Sheets. The copied table is tab-separated, so each field lands in its own column without any import settings.
