Enter your client, project, invoice number, date and payment terms, then add one row per day with a description, standard hours and overtime hours. You can type the rows in or import a timesheet from CSV, Excel, PDF, Word or text. The import looks for columns such as Date, Description, Hours and Overtime. Set a standard hourly rate, a separate overtime rate and a tax rate, and the totals update as you type: hours × rate for each type, a subtotal, tax and a grand total. Calculations run in your browser. Only an imported timesheet file is sent to our server, to read its rows. Print the invoice or save it as a PDF from your browser's print dialog, or export a two-sheet Excel file.

Frequently asked questions
How do I turn a timesheet into an invoice?
Enter or import your daily hours, set your hourly and overtime rates, and the tool works out each day's charge, the subtotal, tax and total. Add your client and invoice details, then print the invoice or save it as a PDF.
How is overtime charged on the invoice?
Overtime hours are multiplied by the overtime rate and added to standard hours × the hourly rate. For 37.5 hours at £85 (£3,187.50) plus 3.5 overtime hours at £127.50 (£446.25), the subtotal is £3,633.75. With 20% VAT of £726.75, the total is £4,360.50.
Can I import my timesheet from Excel?
Yes. Import a CSV, Excel (.xlsx, .xls or .ods), PDF, Word or text file. The tool needs a date column and an hours column, and also picks up overtime and description columns if they exist. Rows without a readable date or hours value are skipped.
How do I save the invoice as a PDF?
Click Print / Save PDF, then pick 'Save as PDF' as the printer in your browser's print dialog. The PDF is created by your browser on your device, so the invoice itself is not uploaded anywhere.
Can I change or remove the tax rate?
Yes. The tax rate is a number you set, 20% by default for UK and 8.25% for US. Set it to 0 if you do not charge VAT or sales tax. The rate is applied to the whole subtotal, covering both standard and overtime hours.
