Check an email address before you send to it: format, mail servers, throwaway inboxes, role addresses and typos.
Email tools help you keep a contact list clean and stop messages bouncing. A bounced email is more than a missed message: senders with many bounces see more of their mail land in spam, which hurts newsletters, invoices and sales follow-ups alike.
Email Verifier checks one address at a time without sending anything. It confirms the address is written correctly, looks up the domain's mail servers in DNS, flags throwaway inbox services, shared role addresses such as info@ and sales@, and common typos such as gmial.com or yahoo.con, and tells you which provider hosts the mailbox. Each check is explained in plain English, so you can decide whether to keep, fix or remove the address.
For whole lists, bulk verification is arranged on request through the contact page.

Email Verifier
Check if an email address is valid before you send. Format, mail servers, disposable inboxes, role addresses and typos, with a plain-English result. Free, nothing stored.
Common questions about email
Can any tool confirm that a mailbox really exists?
Not reliably without sending to it. Large providers such as Gmail and Outlook do not confirm whether a mailbox exists to outside checks, and many company servers accept every address. Email Verifier checks everything that can be confirmed without sending, and says clearly what it cannot know.
Is the email address stored?
No. The address is checked and the result is shown to you. It is not saved, logged or added to any list.
Can I verify a list of emails?
The free tool checks one address at a time, up to 100 a day. For lists, contact us through the contact page and we will arrange bulk verification.
