Good Friday, 2 days before, and Easter Monday, the day after, are bank holidays in England and Wales according to GOV.UK.

The rule ties Easter to the moon, so Easter Sunday can fall on any date from 22 March to 25 April. Neither Good Friday nor Easter Monday is a US federal holiday, so the US working-day count does not change.
